There is an international candle lighting ceremony organized by Compassionate Friends called Worldwide Candle Lighting Memorial Service (https://www.compassionatefriends.org/wcl/). Compassionate Friends is a nonprofit that provides grief support to those who have lost a loved one. They have in person and online support groups and other resources.
