Like me, you might be trying to fill your mind with happy, healing thoughts. Here are some mantas that might be helpful. I hope they help you find your happy place inside.

Mantras:

  • Each step I take moves me into greater love.

  • Forward progress! Just keep moving!

  • I am attracting all the love I dream of and deserve.

  • I am breathing in. I am breathing out.

  • I am fortunate to have shoes that fit.

  • I am fulfilled. I am fearless.

  • I am grateful for those I love, even after they are gone.

  • I am lucky for all the compensation I’ve received in my life both monetary and non-monetary.

  • I am strong. I am beautiful. I am enough.

  • I choose to see this situation as an opportunity for growth.

  • I live fully in the present.

  • I release all blame and allow forgiveness to show me the way.

  • I respect my loved one’s memory.

  • I turn to love instead of loss.

  • I will get better.

  • I will honor myself and my loved one on holidays and every day.

  • I will love myself and heal my wounds.

  • I'm grateful for those I have loved. I am grateful for those who loved me.

  • I'm grateful to be alive.

  • Just for today.

  • Let it go.

  • Love guides my entire life.

  • Recovery takes time, I allow myself to heal at my own pace.

  • The past is a distraction. The future is unknown. I will be present in the now.

  • There is just one you.

  • This too shall pass.

  • Today is the only today there is.

  • Today, you are perfect.

  • Wisdom comes from healed pain.

  • You are the sky! Everything else is just weather.

  • You are kind. You are generous. You are strong. You are amazing.
